Sturrock confirms Toffees interest
Swindon Town manager Paul Sturrock has confirmed that Everton have taken Peter Brezovan on trial.
The Slovakian goalkeeper was brought to the County Ground by former Robins boss Dennis Wise.
He has yet to play a league game for Swindon this season having been sidelined with a shoulder injury since 2006.
Opportunity
Brezovan has now returned from his spell on the sidelines, and Sturrock has described the trial as a 'tremendous opportunity' for the 27-year-old.
"Peter Brezovan is on a two-day trial with Everton and it is a tremendous opportunity for him," he told the club's official website.
"Everton had heard good reports about him and they offered him the chance of a short trial, which we agreed to."
