Portsmouth's Matthew Clarke scored a controversial late winner in their 2-1 victory at Burton Albion on Friday.
Pompey were level with Burton heading into stoppage time in the League One clash at the Pirelli Stadium, before Nathan Thompson found Clarke in the box who poked home for the late winner.
But Burton were convinced there was a handball from Thompson in the build-up.
The win means Pompey keep pace with automatic-promotion rivals Barnsley and Sunderland heading into the final weeks of the season.
