Tottenham have no intention of selling playmaker Christian Eriksen and have not received any bids for the player, according to Sky sources.

Media reports in Denmark have claimed that Juventus have approached Spurs about signing the 23-year-old and speculated that the North London club could be persuaded to sell at the right price.

The Daily Mail has also claimed Eriksen is on a three-man shortlist with Julian Draxler and Chelsea's Ramires to replace Arturo Vidal, who has joined Bayern Munich.

But it is understood Eriksen is a key part of Mauricio Pochettino's plans and he will not be leaving White Hart Lane during the current transfer window.

Eriksen was one of seven players Tottenham signed in a major recruitment haul in 2013 and one of the few successes in that group along with Nacer Chadli.

The Denmark international joined from Ajax, where he was influential in their 2011, 2012 and 2013 Eredivisie triumphs.
