Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher were on Monday Night Football to analyse Burnley's win over Newcastle and discuss all the big talking points.
Both pundits were quick to heap more praise on Sean Dyche following his side's victory, with Carragher adamant that the Clarets boss should move to Everton if the Merseyside club come calling following the sacking of Ronald Koeman.
Neville agreed and said Dyche had done an incredible job on a relatively modest budget in lifting his side to seventh, although he suggested Dyche might wait until the end of the season to depart out of loyalty to the club.
Carragher also expressed his fears for West Ham following their 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace at the weekend, suggesting they are not working hard enough and are in real danger of going down unless they improve.
The two pundits also discussed how best to nurture England's young talent after the success of the U17 and U20 World Cup.
