With the end of the season approaching, Europe's biggest clubs are already plotting their summer moves with a World Cup to negotiate around.

Our friends at Football Whispers have scoured the European media to round-up the latest transfer news.

France

Chelsea and Manchester City are interested in signing Nice's Ivory Coast midfielder Jean-Michael Seri, who has a £34.8m release clause in his contract. The 26-year-old was reportedly on the radar of Manchester United and Liverpool last summer. (L'Equipe)

With Edinson Cavani's future up in the air, Paris Saint-Germain have started to identify possible replacements. Having previously interested Manchester United, Karim Benzema tops their wish list. The club believe the Real Madrid forward would like to return to France. (Le10Sport)

Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane was keen to concentrate on the game and not the penalty decision following Real Madrid's dramatic second leg against Juventus. The Frenchman made a big call to substitute Gareth Bale and believes it played a part in getting his side back into the match: "I took Bale off because we had to change it around. I wasn't happy with the approach and it was not a question of Bale being a scapegoat, but the dynamic had to be changed." (Marca)

Gigi Buffon and Giorgio Chiellini could be in trouble following their reactions to the last-minute penalty. AC Milan are looking to complete a double raid on Napoli this summer. Pepe Reina has been identified as a potential replacement for Gianluigi Donnarumma with the 19-year-old being tipped to leave the San Siro when the season ends. Suso could also be on his way out and Milan have already lined up Jose Callejon as his replacement. The Napoli winger is believed to have a 20m euros release clause in his contract. (Calciomercato)

Former Arsenal target M'Baye Niang could be on his way to Nice to replace Mario Balotelli. Mino Raiola has already held talks with the Ligue 1 side about signing the Frenchman who is currently on loan with Torino in Serie A. The fee to take him to France is expected to be in the region of 20m euros. (TuttoSport)

Germany

Thomas Tuchel could return to Borussia Dortmund in the summer for a shopping spree if and when he completes his likely move to become PSG's new boss. Raphael Guerreiro tops the manager's wish list with Layvin Kurzawa failing to impress at the Parc des Princes. The Bundesliga side are believed to want close to 40m euros for the left-back but he isn't the only Dortmund player Tuchel has his eye on. Manchester City have an eye on Julian Wiegl, but he could also be joining his former boss in Paris. (SportBild)

The club are currently 16th in the table and have just five games to make up five points on those above them. If they fail to navigate their way to safety the German wonderkid will move to Bavaria.
