Huddersfield are still chasing points to be certain of guaranteeing top-flight football next season and Guardiola has warned his players they must retain their focus if they are to avoid defeat to David Wagner's side.

"We played in the FA Cup last season against Huddersfield and it was so tough, and we know how complicated it was to beat them at Huddersfield this season, in the last minutes," he said.

Pep Guardiola paid tribute to Yaya Toure after confirming the midfielder will leave the club at the end of the season.

"Of course they are in a situation where they need points and they have three tough games but I admire their manager. Wagner has done amazing job last season and this season.

"It is a football game so they are going to try. They will have focused all week to play against us.
