Dikgacoi confirms move to Craven Cottage
South African star Kagiso Dikgacoi says he has finalised his move to Fulham.
The Golden Arrows midfielder impressed Cottagers boss Roy Hodgson during a recent trial stint and he was invited back to finalise a deal.
He completed his medical last week and now Dikgacoi has returned to South Africa to sort out his personal business after agreeing a contract with Fulham.
On the deal with the Cottagers, Dikgacoi revealed to
Football365.co.za: "Yes it is completed now. I return next week to Fulham.
"I have just come back (to South Africa) to sort out my stuff that I left behind and to see the family.
"There is also a (Bafana Bafana) camp on Sunday because we are playing against Serbia."
Pleased
Dikgacoi was put through his paces by Fulham manager Roy Hodgson and his technical team during a trial period, and the 24-year-old admits that he is delighted with how things went.
"Everything was fine and the guys were good to me, also the technical team," he said.
"It was fantastic and I think I am going to enjoy myself there."
Asked whether he had time to sit down with Hodgson and talk about his plans for the coming campaign, Dikgacoi said: "Almost everyday we were chatting, discussing a few things.
"I had some time to chat with him.
"It is going to be difficult but I think I am going to adapt quickly.
"I am going to work hard and maybe get a place."
