West Ham striker Enner Valencia not moving to Swansea on loan

Enner Valencia will not be moving from West Ham to Swansea City on loan.

Valencia arrived at West Ham two years ago for a fee of around £12m from Mexican side Pachuca.

The 26-year-old, who has three-years remaining on his current deal with the Hammers, has made six appearances this season.

Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins hinted the club are still looking to add the their squad on Tuesday night but Valencia will not be making the move to south Wales.

Jenkins said: "We've done quite a lot of our business and if one or two things come our way - one or two loans to add - we would look at that.

"We were looking at one or two things, whether that's now or we add in January, it remains to be seen."
