Liverpool's Mo Salah has ousted Kevin De Bruyne atop the Sky Sports Power Rankings.
Salah opened the scoring in the Merseyside derby with his 13th league goal of the campaign before Wayne Rooney (No 11, down four places) equalised from the penalty spot.
Last week's table-topper De Bruyne slipped into the runner-up spot after a 2-1 win against Manchester United, with team-mates David Silva (No 7, up 11 places) and Nicolas Otamendi (No 6, up 21 places) scoring the goals.
Tottenham duo Harry Kane (No 4, up 40 places) and Heung-Min Son (No 9, up 60 places) collectively soared 100 places up the rankings as Spurs rekindled their free-scoring, winning form with a 5-1 win over Stoke.
Leicester's Riyad Mahrez (No 3, up 16 places) struck his fourth league goal of the season from long range to cancel out an early Joselu (No 90, up 120 places) opener during a 3-2 win at Newcastle.
Steve Mounie (No 26, up 280 places) made the biggest impact over the weekend with two goals during Huddersfield's 2-0 win over Brighton - picking up a league-high 4,911 points from matchday 16 alone.
