Sky Sports News understands that Watford are in talks with Lyon over a possible deal for Ivory Coast international forward Maxwel Cornet.
And the Hornets are also interested in Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors defender Kim Min-Jae, who has been capped 11 times by South Korea.
The 22-year-old Cornet has scored 19 goals in 104 appearances for Lyon, and has been capped six times by the Ivory Coast.
He impressed when Lyon took on Manchester City earlier in the season in the Champions League, scoring both goals for the French side in a 2-2 draw.
The 22-year-old Kim Min-Jae is a central defender, who is nicknamed the 'monster' due to his physical presence and aerial prowess.
He is currently on international duty with South Korea and is reportedly also attracting interest from Beijing Guoan.
