Derby County boss Steve McClaren has been named the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month for November.
McClaren only took over from Nigel Pearson in October, beginning his second spell as manager of the club, but led the Rams to a maximum nine points in November.
The former England boss paid tribute to his coaching team on receiving the award, having beaten off competition from Steve Bruce, Owen Coyle and Jaap Stam
"It's been a big team effort. This award is one for the rest of the staff and the players because they've done the work," McClaren said. "I've been very lucky to come back into a good situation here and inherit a really good squad and backroom team.
"Chris Powell, Kevin Phillips, Pascal Zuberbuhler, Steve Haines and the medical team have been fantastic and the players have bought into what we want to do. We got the rewards with the points we picked up in November."
However, Derby missed out on a double prize swoop, after Nottingham Forest's Henri Lansbury pipped Rams' winger Tom Ince to the Player of the Month award.
Former Arsenal midfielder Lansbury scored his first career hat-trick in Forest's impressive 5-2 win over Barnsley.
Forest manager Philippe Montanier said: "He is one of many captains that we have and he has led by example. Hopefully, this good form can continue for the rest of the season."
Scunthorpe United manager Graham Alexander picked up the League One gong after his side's three clean sheets helped them to a 10-point haul.
Jay O'Shea earned the player's award after four league goals for Chesterfield, including a stunning free-kick against Bristol Rovers.
Gareth Ainsworth steered Wycombe from 21st to sixth in League Two during a perfect November, to pick up the remaining Manager of the Month award, while Omar Bogle scored seven goals in four games - all but two of Grimsby's November goals - to earn the player's accolade.
