Derby County have completed the signing of Norwich City striker Cameron Jerome on a two-year deal for a fee of £1.5m.
Sky Sports News reported on Monday that the clubs were in advanced talks over a deal for the 31-year-old.
Jerome underwent a medical at Derby on Tuesday after the two parties agreed the fee.
"It's been a long day, but I am delighted to get the paperwork signed and I can't wait to get started tomorrow morning," Jerome told Derby's official website.
"I was quite aware of the interest and I was flattered by it. Gary (Rowett) being the manager that he is, he's been true to his word and came back for a second time."
The former England U21 international will become Derby's fifth striker alongside David Nugent, Darren Bent, Chris Martin and Sheffield Wednesday loanee Sam Winnall.
However, Sky Sports News understands there is interest from Reading in taking Martin on loan.
Jerome has made 123 appearances and scored 42 goals for Norwich since signing from Stoke City for in 2014.
