Simpson impressed by young midfielder

Shrewsbury Town have extended the loan of West Brom midfielder David Worrall until the end of the season. Worrall joined the League Two club on an initial month-long deal in late February and has made six appearances for the Shrews. The teenager, who spent a spell on loan at Accrington Stanley earlier this season, has impressed Shrews manager Paul Simpson during his time at the club. Simpson told the club's official website: "David's loan finishes this week and I've been pleased with what we've seen from him. "I've spoken to West Brom with regards to what they would like to do and they are happy for us to keep David. "I think he is enjoying his time here and being around first-team players and playing first-team football. "He's shown in his time here the enthusiasm and guile on the pitch and has been a good addition to our squad."
