Oliseh leaves Rangers

QPR have released Nigerian midfielder Egutu Oliseh from his contract.

Queens Park Rangers have released Nigerian midfielder Egutu Oliseh from his contract.

The 25-year-old, who is the younger brother of former Nigerian World Cup star Sunday Oliseh, leaves the Loftus Road club after making just three first-team appearances for the Championship side.

Oliseh had signed a two-year contract when he joined the West Londoners back in the summer after impressing former QPR boss Gary Waddock during a trial spell.

However, the former La Louviere player has become surplus to requirements under current manager John Gregory, and will move on to pastures new this month.

Oliseh may return to France after having spells with Nancy, Louhans-Cuiseaux, Beauvais and Grenoble during his career so far.
