Round-up and highlights from Saturday's Sky Bet League One matches

Sol Campbell's first game as Southend manager ended in defeat as Ipswich returned to the top of Sky Bet League One.

James Norwood's double - the striker's first goals since August - helped Ipswich to a 3-1 win and top spot after Peterborough drew at home to Coventry.

Norwood scored after eight and 70 minutes and fellow forward Kayden Jackson added a third with 14 minutes to go.

Southend had lost 7-1 at home to Doncaster in midweek with former England defender Campbell sitting in the stands, but the Shrimpers finally had some satisfaction when Emile Acauah scored a consolation seven minutes from time.

Highlights of the Sky Bet League One match between Peterborough and Coventry

Wycombe moved up to second with a 1-0 success at Rotherham.

Scott Kashket's fifth-minute goal proved the difference as Wycombe joined Ipswich on 30 points, though the Chairboys have played a game more.

Peterborough drop to third after drawing against Coventry, with Posh fighting back twice to take a point. Amadou Bakayoko marked his 50th appearance for the Sky Blues by opening the scoring after 12 minutes.

Marcus Maddison levelled from the penalty spot after 52 minutes but Max Biamou, making his first start since August 2018, restored Coventry's lead. However, Mohamed Eisa's 11th goal of the season in the fifth minute of stoppage time saved Posh.

Highlights of the Sky Bet League One match between Fleetwood and MK Dons

Ched Evans grabbed a late winner as Fleetwood beat MK Dons 1-0. The visitors defended resiliently until striker Evans prodded home five minutes from time for Fleetwood to stay fourth.

Free-scoring Oxford claimed a fourth successive 3-0 home win against Rochdale. United had scored 25 goals in their previous nine games and opened their account through Josh Ruffles after 25 minutes.

Tarique Fosu struck for the seventh time in as many games moments later before veteran Rochdale striker Aaron Wilbraham was shown a straight red card close to half-time. Sam Long wrapped up the win four minutes from time and Oxford climb to fifth.

Highlights of the Sky Bet League One match between Rotherham and Wycombe

Shrewsbury claimed their first win over Sunderland with a 1-0 home victory, Jason Cummings with the 22nd-minute winner.

Bristol Rovers fought back to draw 2-2 with Portsmouth at the Memorial Ground. Gareth Evans put Pompey ahead with a ninth-minute penalty after a push on John Marquis and Ronan Curtis (70) doubled the lead.

But Alex Rodman (78) pulled one back and goalkeeper Craig MacGillivray put through his own goal in the third minute of stoppage time to hand Rovers a point.

Gillingham claimed their first away win of the season with a 1-0 victory at Accrington.

Regan Charles-Cook curled home from the edge of the box after 59 minutes as the Gills claimed only a second win in nine games. Stanley had the ball in the net three times but they were all ruled out.

Highlights of the Sky Bet League One match between Oxford United and Rochdale

Burton failed to take advantage of Curtis Tilt's second-half dismissal in a 0-0 draw with Blackpool.

Defender Tilt saw red for the first time in his career after being booked for the second time after 57 minutes, but 10-man Blackpool held on for a point.

The games between Lincoln and Bolton and Tranmere and Doncaster were postponed because of waterlogged pitches.
