We have asked fans of all 24 Sky Bet Championship clubs where their team needs strengthening, who they need to keep hold of and who their ideal signing would be in January.

Where does your team need strengthening?
Having confidence in the final third is something we have struggled with all season. A creative player who isn't goal-shy would really help us out.
Who do you need to keep hold of?
Andy Rinomhota - an exciting midfielder with so much potential - has fitted in perfectly since becoming a first-team regular. It won't be long before other clubs start taking an interest.
Who is your ideal signing?
An experienced striker suited to Jose Gomes' style of play who can give us the boost we need and handle the pressure of a relegation fight. The return of Shane Long is not a bad shout.

Where does your team need strengthening?
I was under no illusion that we were always going to struggle in this league but defensively we are still too frail. Not that we are short of options at the back. But defence is still our weakest area.
Who do you need to keep hold of?
Our midfielder Will Vaulks. His hard work and ability to keep the ball is key to running our midfield. Some of his free-kicks are a bit special, too.
Who is your ideal signing?
I've heard we are after a winger but another solid right-back like Jack Hunt of Bristol City would suit me. He has played for us before but I feel a return would be very unlikely considering he recently signed a three-year deal with the Robins.

Where does your team need strengthening?
We need more strength-in-depth all over as our second team is miles behind the first team - as we found out when Barnet knocked us out of the FA Cup at the weekend - especially at left-back. A younger striker wouldn't go amiss either.
Who do you need to keep hold of?
Dean Henderson. Currently on loan from Manchester United. Not only is he a great goalkeeper but his character and passion is superb.
Who is your ideal signing?
I suppose I would have to say Henderson again. It would be great if we could sign him permanently. But as much as we would love him to stay, I doubt he will.

Where does your team need strengthening?
It is difficult to answer this before we know who is back from injury and who is going out of the door. Ideally, a good winger and a right-back.
Who do you need to keep hold of?
Winger Adam Reach is a great player and Wednesday should be building a team around him. He has had a tough few games but Steve Bruce should be able to get the best out of him.
Who is your ideal signing?
Right-back Ryan Fredericks could be really good for us. I have heard rumours of Ademola Lookman, but that would be quite a shock!

Where does your team need strengthening?
Our centre-back pairing of Ryan Shawcross and on-loan Ashley Williams are slow and ageing. Injecting some youth into the centre of defence would provide a solid foundation for the rest of the team to perform.
Who do you need to keep hold of?
Goalkeeper Jack Butland may well become hot property towards the end of the window. We need him during this time of uncertainty. He keeps us in games.
Who is your ideal signing?
We have been linked with striker Che Adams, who worked with recently departed manager Gary Rowett at Birmingham City. He would be a great dynamic option up for Nathan Jones. We have missed someone of his ilk since Jon Walters.

Where does your team need strengthening?
Left-back as Martin Olsson is out for the season. Plus we could do with a central defender, central midfielder and striker to give us more depth.
Who do you need to keep hold of?
It has got to be Oli McBurnie. Our other strikers aren't up for the job of leading the line, which makes him indispensable.
Who is your ideal signing?
Can we get a new chairman to replace Huw Jenkins? I doubt we will be spending any money under this regime but if we were, I wouldn't mind Doncaster striker John Marquis.

Where does your team need strengthening?
Strengthening the midfield is the key to our season. Some fresh young energy is very much needed.
Who do you need to keep hold of?
On-loan midfielder Harvey Barnes has been fantastic. One of our best performing players this season. He has been involved in one way or another in a large percentage of the goals we have scored.
Who is your ideal signing?
If Barnes leaves then midfielder Bradley Dack from Blackburn would be my number one target.

Where does your team need strengthening?
The key position is left-back as we have injuries and no cover there. Dan Burn's departure means another central defender is also a must - preferably somebody with experience.
Who do you need to keep hold of?
Attacking midfielder Nick Powell. On his day he is our best player who can provide something that others can't in the attacking areas.
Who is your ideal signing?
I would love to see Leighton Baines back on loan. He is still quality and would solve our left-back problem whilst bringing much-needed experience to the side.
