Brentford have agreed a deal to sign PSV Eindhoven winger Florian Jozefzoon, according to Sky sources.
The 25-year-old - a former Netherlands U21 international - has agreed in principle to join the Sky Bet Championship club and will undergo a medical on Thursday.
Jozefzoon has made only five appearances this season but 46 in the Eredivisie in total since joining PSV in 2013, having previously been with Ajax.
Brentford are also understood to remain keen on signing Sergi Canos from Norwich - but any deal would be dependent on the sale of Scott Hogan.
