But Haining and Mason are to leave the club
St Mirren striker Craig Dargo has signed a new two-year contract - but Will Haining and Gary Mason have been told they can leave the club.
Dargo's previous deal was due to expire next week but manager Gus MacPherson has now secured the 31-year-old's services until the summer of 2011.
Defender Haining, 26, and midfielder Mason, 29, joined Saints along with Dargo two years ago but have been deemed surplus to requirements.
They will follow Jim Hamilton and Marc McAusland in leaving St Mirren Park this summer, with MacPherson having already drafted in Lee Mair from Aberdeen and Michael Higdon from Falkirk on free transfers.
