Rangers manager Mark Warburton will be able to select Nathan Oduwa for Sunday's Scottish Championship trip to St Mirren (kick-off 12.30pm).

The 19-year-old midfielder, on loan from Tottenham, was forced off at half-time during the 1-0 Petrofac Training Cup quarter-final win over Livingston in midweek after being hurt in a tackle in the opening minute of the game.

Defender Danny Wilson is fit to return to action after recovering from an injury of his own, but winger David Templeton and goalkeeper Cammy Bell remain sidelined with knee injuries.

"There may be more attention paid to flair players and hopefully they will be looked after," Warburton said of the perceived rough treatment of Oduma against Livingston.

"Spurs want their assets to learn about the world and come back from their loans as better players."

As for the threat posed by St Mirren and the rest of Rangers' Scottish Championship rivals, Warburton feels their task will be more difficult now they have faced every team in the division.

"We have to learn now that we've played every team. There is no doubt of the quality of St Mirren and the talent they possess," he added.
