Granada striker Youssef El-Arabi and Levante defender Ivan Ramis have been banned for four games following an altercation during Monday's game.
The players were sent off in the 79th minute of Levante's 2-1 home victory, and the Spanish Football Federation's competition committee has punished them for "violent conduct in an off-the-ball incident".
El-Arabi will sit out Saturday's home match against Barcelona - a game you can see in full this Saturday on Sky Sports 5 - as well as the Primera Division encounters against Malaga, Rayo Vallecano and Eibar.
Ramis, meanwhile, will miss games against Rayo, Eibar and Real Madrid.
Granada will also be without Brighton loanee Adrian Colunga for the games against Barcelona and Malaga.
The Spanish striker, who was sent off after kicking a Levante player in the same game, has been handed a two-match suspension.
Levante coach Lucas Alcaraz will serve a one-match touchline ban in this Saturday's match at Rayo Vallecano for an accumulation of bookings.
