Our friends at Football Whispers have scoured Europe's news outlets to bring you all the headlines from the continent.
Through his representative, defender Clement Lenglet has told Sevilla he is rejecting their contract offer and will sign for Barcelona. Lenglet, a Manchester United transfer target this summer, decided to make his move to Catalonia over the weekend. Barcelona would prefer to pay the transfer fee instead of activating the clause, offering Sevilla €35m euros when the clause is just €30m. They would also pay his first club Nancy €3m euros in development rights. (Sport)
Barcelona are the latest club to show an interest in signing Real Betis goalkeeper Antonio Adan, with Jasper Cillesen expected to depart the Camp Nou this summer. Adan is also an Atletico Madrid transfer target, but it's believed the shot-stopper wants to consider all options in search of regular first-team football. (AS)
Barcelona's Andre Gomes is believed to have had at least four offers from clubs around Europe this summer. The midfielder is a Wolves and Tottenham target in the Premier League, while Gomes is also interesting Juventus and Lazio in Serie A. He may even stay in Spain, with Valencia making him a transfer target, too. However, it's believed all offers so far do not match Barcelona's valuation. (Mundo Deportivo)
Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois will wait until after the World Cup to make a decision about his future, but admitted he would like to spend more time with his children, sparking rumours of a transfer to Real Madrid, or even a return to Atletico Madrid.
"I love living in London. Madrid and London are great," Courtois said, after Belgium's win over Japan on Monday. "The only thing is that my children live in Madrid. I would like them to be close. That doesn't mean I'm going to come back, but for me they are very important and I'm going to do something to see them more." (Sport)
Genoa's Armando Izzo is set to join Serie A rivals Torino, who have beaten off competition from Sassuolo. Izzo, 26, was a West Ham target this summer, but the Italian has opted to stay in his native country instead of England. Izzo will cost Torino €10m. (Tuttosport)
Lazio are hoping to beat off competition to sign Gelson Martins from Sporting Lisbon. The 23-year-old is a free agent this summer after terminating his contract with Sporting Lisbon due to safety concerns. Lazio are believed to have offered the player €2.5m a year, plus bonuses. Martins was also a strong target for Everton, as well as Arsenal and Real Betis. Martins will not go to Sporting's rivals Benfica. (Corriere dello Sport)
Atletico Madrid are currently scouring the market in search of a striker to cover the possible departure of Valencia transfer target Kevin Gameiro, and AC Milan's Nikola Kalinic is believed to be of interest. Atlético have reportedly put in an offer for the Croatian striker, which would entail a loan deal with the obligatory purchase at the end of the loan arrangement for a fee up to €20m. (Il Messaggero)
Italian defender Leonardo Bonucci could be set to spark a tug of war between a number of top clubs around Europe, including Paris Saint-Germain. Bonucci's agent is believed to have met PSG officials, with the AC Milan player interested in working with new manager Thomas Tuchel. However, his representative is also in contact with the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United, having arrived in England on Monday. (Le 10 Sport)
Kevin-Prince Boateng looks set to leave Eintracht Frankfurt for a return to Serie A with Sassuolo. The 31-year-old, formerly of AC Milan, still has a property in Italy, with Sassuolo only two hours away. Boateng arrived in Frankfurt just a year ago from La Liga side Las Palmas, but now all parties are in advanced talks to complete a move back to Italy. (Sport Bild)
