Italian giants confirm they are not interested in City's strikers

AC Milan have distanced themselves from making a move for Manchester City pair Mario Balotelli and Carlos Tevez. Both players have had a share of controversial moments with the Premier League title-challengers this season and have often been linked to moves away from the club. But, after leaving the club without permission earlier this season, Tevez is now back in the side and has helped City move to within three points of Manchester United in recent weeks. Balotelli, meanwhile, has been suspended for the last three games following his sending-off against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium. Milan trail Juventus by three points in the Serie A table and, asked if he stays in touch with Balotelli, vice-president Adriano Galliani said: "No, we don't hear from each other and even if we did I would not tell you." Galliani also brushed off the suggestions that the club were looking at Tevez by admitting: "I don't know who he is." Meanwhile, Balotelli's agent Mino Raiola has reiterated that the Italian is happy with life at Manchester City and will be staying with the club. After his latest red card, City boss Roberto Mancini expressed his frustration over the actions of the 21-year-old. But Mino Raiola said: "Mario said he is happy at Manchester City, there is nothing else to add. "In the future, if he returns to Italy there won't be just the options to go to Inter Milan or AC Milan, there may be other clubs like Juventus. "But then again, Mario is good for City and will remain there."
