Scotland Women's squad named for Romania and Sweden friendlies

Anna Signeul has named a 20-player squad ahead of Scotland's International Challenge Matches against Romania and Sweden.

A number of players who missed Scotland's 5-0 thrashing against Belgium in April have been included. Jenny Beattie, Rachel Corsie, Jo Love and Caroline Weir have all returned from injury and hope to impress ahead of Scotland's Euro 2017 squad announcement in June.

Chelsea Ladies' Erin Cuthbert is also included and she will captain in the Under-19s European Championships in August as well.

Kirsty Smith and Rachel McLauchlan have been named after helping retain Hibernian Ladies' SWPL Cup title in a 4-1 win over Celtic.

Scotland, who are currently ranked 21st in the world will play Romania, who are 36th, on June 9 in Falkirk. The squad then travel to Sweden for a June 13 fixture against the sixth best country in the world.
