Uncapped Glasgow City striker Abbi Grant has been handed her first senior international call-up by Scotland Women's boss Shelley Kerr.

The 22-year-old has been in good form for her club and has been rewarded with a place in Scotland's squad for two matches against New Zealand in La Manga next month.

Grant is joined in the squad by captain Rachel Corsie who is back from injury. Hibernian Ladies midfielder Lucy Graham also returns to the setup.

The New Zealand double-header will act as preparation for Scotland as they aim to reach their first World Cup, having won their opening two fixtures.

Scotland women's head coach Shelley Kerr insists uncertainty at the top of the SFA will not affect her side's attempt to qualify for the World Cup.

Their next competitive game is on April 5 away against Switzerland before a home clash with Poland five days later.
