Mark Robins feels Coventry deserved luck in Notts County play-off draw

Mark Robins felt his Coventry side deserved some luck in their draw with Notts County after winning a controversial late penalty.
Top scorer Marc McNulty struck the post before half-time while Notts County goalkeeper Adam Collin came close to conceding an own goal when Shaun Brisley's deflection on a cross almost caught him out.
But Coventry found themselves behind to Jonathan Forte's clever flick shortly after the break, only to level up when Matt Tootle was wrongly judged to have fouled Tom Bayliss late on, and McNulty stepped up to score from the spot.
"I don't think we needed luck, it's nice to get some cause we've only had bad luck," he said. "But we've had a legitimate claim for a penalty not given straight after and he's not given it. Maybe that suggests the first one wasn't.
"I've seen it back, it is harsh and I'd be gutted to give that against me. Tom hasn't dived, his momentum has taken him to ground and the referee has given it.
"We'll take it as a bit of luck, we've had one off the line and McNulty hitting the post too though so we've been unlucky as well. We've given away one opportunity and they've stuck it in the back of the net."
