Three-time Premier League winner Robert Huth says he has retired from football amid reports linking him to Derby.
The 34-year-old announced on social media that he has hung up his boots in response to claims he was about to join Frank Lampard's Sky Bet Championship side on an 18-month deal.
"This literally couldn't be less true," Huth said. "I've retired! (I just haven't done an interview and cried about it)."
Huth spent his entire senior playing career in England with Chelsea, Middlesbrough, Stoke and Leicester.
The centre-back won two Premier League titles during his four years at Stamford Bridge and was also part of the Leicester team that lifted the trophy against all odds in 2016.
Capped 19 times by Germany, Huth made 79 appearance for the Foxes but didn't play any first-team games during his final season at the club due to injuries, and left at the end of his contract last summer.
