Crystal Palace youth product Sullay Kaikai has joined Dutch side NAC Breda on a permanent deal.

Kaikai has signed a one-and-a-half year deal with Breda, with the option to extend for a further year, and leaves the south London club on a free transfer.

The 23-year-old forward joined Palace's academy aged 15 in 2010, scoring on his professional debut in the League Cup third round tie against Newcastle in September 2014.

After a series of loan spells including stints at Cambridge United, Shrewsbury Town, Brentford and most recently Charlton, Kaikai has struggled for game time at his parent club, playing a total of 20 minutes across two Carabao Cup ties this season.

"I've heard a lot of good things about the club and also about the supporters," Kaikai told Breda's website.

"I'm really looking forward to this challenge and when I heard about the chance to play for NAC, I was immediately interested.

"I can't wait to start and give everything, I'm going to make an immediate impression."
