Argentine striker looking to pick up further honours at the Etihad

Carlos Tevez claims to feel settled at Manchester City, amid further speculation regarding his future, and is setting his sights on more silverware. The Argentine striker appeared destined to be on his way out of the Etihad Stadium at one stage last season, as he took in a self-imposed exile in his homeland. A falling-out with City boss Roberto Mancini seemingly offered no way back for the burly frontman, with both sides expressing a desire to go their separate ways. Tevez was, however, welcomed back into the fold towards the end of the campaign and helped City to a thrilling Premier League title success. With peace and harmony restored, it was expected that Tevez would knuckle down and honour his contract.

Targets

He insists that is what he intends to do, despite reports suggesting that he is a top summer transfer target for Italian giants AC Milan. "I have a lot of different targets," Tevez said in a question and answer session, set up by City, with fans on Twitter. "I think that now I feel settled at the club and feel good in myself and am working hard. "The main aim of every one of the players is to have as good a league campaign as possible and try to be champions again and also get as far as we can in the Champions League. "This is what all the players want and so does the club."
