Skysports.com understands Bradford have made a bid for Dagenham & Redbridge star Romain Vincelot.
The Bantams are believed to have tabled a six-figure bid plus an unnamed player as they look to persuade Dagenham to do business for the 25-year-old.
Vincelot enjoyed a stellar season for Dagenham last term, when he ended up as their top league scorer with 12 goals.
Dagenham are facing a major battle to keep hold of Vincelot following their relegation from League One last season.
A host of Championship clubs are thought to have been monitoring Vincelot, but Bradford are hoping to steal a march on their rivals by tabling a firm offer for the player.
However, the likes of Brighton, Crystal Palace and Charlton are all thought to be readying moves for the midfielder.
