Napoli have completed the signing of Poland international Piotr Zielinski, the club announced on Thursday evening.
The 22-year-old winger - who appeared at Euro 2016 and was thought to be a Liverpool transfer target - has signed from fellow Serie A side Udinese in a deal worth a reported 10 Euros (£8.5m).
After spending parts of his youth career in his native Poland, Zielinski moved to Udinese in 2011 and made his debut the following year.
He has spent the last two seasons on loan at Empoli - scoring on his debut in 2014 - accumulating 86 appearances in all competitions with five goals.
With the national team, he has earned 16 caps in three years and has scored three times.
Zielinski will now link up with international team-mate Arkadiusz Milik - who also joined the club earlier this week for almost 30m Euros (£25.4m) - as the Italian club begin the process of spending the funds earned from Gonzalo Higuain's departure to Juventus.
