Chelsea have pulled ahead of Real Madrid in the race for Roma's in-demand goalkeeper, Alisson. The 25-year-old shot-stopper is supposedly now expected to move to London, after the Premier League side agreed to pay €70m for his talents. (Corriere della Sera)

Manchester United transfer target Sergej Milinković-Savić has given his greatest hint yet of a departure from Lazio this summer. Following Serbia's elimination from the World Cup, the midfielder stated that his future depended on how the club president, Claudio Lotito, now deals with the situation, before stating his admiration for Juventus and noting that his brother lives in Turin. Spain

Barcelona have been priced out of a move for Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanić and have been told Tottenham star Christian Eriksen is not for sale. So the Spanish giants have turned to former technical director, Robert Fernandez's, main priority before he left the club: Ajax's Frenkie de Jong. (AS)

Valencia are hoping to tempt Manchester United into selling young full-back Timothy Fosu-Mensah to them this summer. The 20-year-old has yet to break into Jose Mourinho's team since joining the club in 2016 and the Spanish giants believe their English counterparts have already begun looking elsewhere for a long-term solution at right-back.
