We preview all of Monday's World Cup Qualifiers, with eight games shown live on Sky Sports, including Germany's match against Norway.

Northern Ireland v Czech Republic (7.45pm, Sky Sports Mix and Sky Sports Football red button)
Germany are on the verge of booking their spot in Russia next year after seven wins out of seven in qualifying so far, including a last gasp 2-1 victory against the Czech Republic on Friday.
They will need to win their match against Norway on Monday - live on the Sky Football red button - and hope Northern Ireland draw or lose against the Czech's to see them through as Group C winners.
The bottom two sides in Azerbaijan and San Marino also play on Monday evening, with the Sammarinese looking to register their first point in the current round of World Cup qualification.
Elsewhere, Northern Ireland can secure second spot in Group C with a point against Czech Republic at Windsor Park, which is live on Sky Sports Mix and the Sky Sports Football red button.

Poland v Kazakhstan (7.45pm, Sky Sports Football red button)
Montenegro v Romania (7.45pm, Sky Sports Football red button)
Poland will be looking to bounce back from their 4-0 defeat to Denmark on Friday and extend their lead at the top of Group E when they host bottom of the table Kazakhstan. They currently lead the Danes and Montenegro by three points have amassed 16 points from their seven games so far.
Denmark can put the pressure on second place Montenegro as they kick off at 5pm against Armena on Monday, and a win or draw would see them leapfrog the Montenegrins in Group E.i
They will also be hoping Romania can keep Montenegro from picking up all three points as Christoph Daum's side travel to the Podgorica City Stadium on Monday with both sides in form having won their last two international matches.
England v Slovakia (7.45pm)
Scotland v Malta (7.45pm, Sky Sports Football)
Slovenia v Lithuania (7.45pm, Sky Sports Football red button)
England currently lead Group F with 17 points and face second place Slovakia on Monday at Wembley, with the Jan Kozak's men two points behind their hosts.
Scotland were buoyed by a 3-0 victory against Lithuania on Friday and will be looking for a second successive three points to keep their hopes of World Cup qualification alive as they host Malta at Hampden Park.
Slovenia - who are level on points with Scotland - take on Lithuania as both sides looking to keep some hope of a second place finish alive on the Sky Sports Football red button.
