Adebayo Akinfenwa has hailed AFC Wimbledon's promotion to League One as "what dreams are made of".
Akinfenwa said his side's promotion to England's third highest league for the first time in their history is "beautiful".
A superb finish from Lyle Taylor set Wimbledon on their way to victory, when he opened the scoring in the 78th minute.
Plymouth had a late claim for a penalty turned down in injury time, before Wimbledon were awarded a penalty with almost the final kick of the game.
Akinfenwa, nicknamed 'The Beast', powered home after a heated discussion with regular penalty taker Callum Kennedy.
Speaking after the game, Akinfenwa cheekily urged managers to "hit me up on Whatsapp", as his contract at Kingsmeadow comes to an end.
