CARDIFF SIGN KEEPER
CARDIFF CITY have finally ended their search for a goalkeeper by signing Welshman Lee Kendall from Crystal Palace.
The 19-year-old has been on loan at Barry Town all season and Bluebirds boss Alan Cork has spent £50,000 on the Welsh Under-21 international, who will provide cover for first choice keeper Mark Walton.
Veteran Jon Hallworth has recently undergone knee surgery which left just trainee Paul Buttery as cover for Walton so Cork was eager to bring in a new keeper.
Cork had tried to get Scottish Under-21 international Jamie Langfield on loan from Dundee but he refused because he was worried he would not get first team action.
