BOUCHIBA MAKES SPARTA MOVE
SPARTA ROTTERDAM have reinforced their squad for next season, signing Elbekay Bouchiba from AZ Alkmaar.
The Netherlands-born Moroccan has signed a three-year contract with the Het Kasteel club.
The 22-year-old midfielder is well known to Sparta coach Willem van Hanegem, having played under him at AZ.
Sparta are still involved in the end of season relegation play-offs, but it would seem that Bouchiba is confident that they will be playing in the top-flight next term.
Meanwhile, 24-year-old midfielder Roy Stroeve, who has had an injury ravaged season, will leave the Rotterdam club in the summer to spend a year`s loan at Heracles.
