Poland and Italy go head-to-head while Russia host Turkey in the Nations League on Sunday, all live on Sky Sports.

Barely six years since they reached the European Championship finals, Italy find themselves in relative crisis without a win in five games on the back of their failure to qualify for the 2018 World Cup. They drew 1-1 with Poland at home but have only a point to their name after losing in Portugal last month.

The Poles have fared little better, losing 3-2 to Portugal on Thursday following an under-par performance on home soil, but will be desperate to improve against Italy - with the winner of this game taking a big step towards safety in the top group, and the game is live on Sky Sports Football from 7.40pm.

Highlights from the Nations League fixture between Poland and Portugal

Turkey will be looking to exact some revenge over Russia, who beat them 2-1 in Trabzon last month, continuing their fine form from the World Cup.

Russia are unbeaten since losing their final group game of the tournament 3-0 to Uruguay in June, before exiting at the quarter-final stage on penalties against Croatia.

They are top of Group B2 with that win over Turkey, coupled with a draw with Sweden, leaving them on three points, but Sunday's opponents are hot on their heels after a late comeback win against the Scandinavian side in their last Nations League game. The match is on the Sky Sports Football red button from 5pm.

Romania drew 0-0 with Serbia in Group C4 in the first game of the day.

Group rivals Lithuania and Montenegro also face off at 7.45pm on the red button.

Israel's morale-boosting win over Scotland last week may help them improve their woeful home form with Albania next in town, and a chance to go top of Group C1 with a victory. Their game is on the red button from 7.45pm.

And in the bottom tier, all four teams in Group D3 are in action, with the Faroe Islands hosting Kosovo and Azerbaijan facing Malta, with both games on the red button from 5pm.
