Northampton v Forest Green preview

Northampton midfielder John-Joe O'Toole will be suspended against Forest Green on Saturday.
The 30-year-old was sent off late on in the Chekatrade Trophy win at Oxford in midweek and must serve a one-match ban. Daniel Powell will be assessed after the forward was forced off with an injury against the Us.
Leon Barnett, Ash Taylor and Junior Morias remain unavailable for Cobblers boss Keith Curle as he looks to maintain his unbeaten start following his recent appointment.
Forest Green are expected to make wholesale changes to their side. Rovers manager Mark Cooper, who has no injury concerns, swapped all 11 players against Coventry in the Chekatrade Trophy.
He said those who came in performed well and have given him food for thought ahead of the trip to Sixfields. However, the starting line up at the weekend should closely resemble that which took to the field against Newport.
Northampton and Forest Green have met once previously, in the FA Cup first round in the 2010-11 season - the Cobblers won 3-0.
Northampton have lost their last two Football League matches when facing an opponent for the first time, losing to Crawley Town in October 2011 and Fleetwood Town in September 2012.
Northampton have won just one of their last 14 EFL games (D7 L6) and none of the last seven (D4 L3) - in fact, since the start of 2018, only Port Vale (27), Morecambe (27) and Reading (28) have failed to win more league games across the top four tiers of English football than Northampton (26 - D12 L14)
Forest Green Rovers are one of four unbeaten sides across the top four tiers of English Football (P12 W4 D8 L0), alongside Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea.
Northampton have just five different goal scorers (excluding own goals) in League Two so far this season - a joint-league low (Crewe and Tranmere also five).
