Oldham have no fresh injury concerns ahead of Saturday's Sky Bet League Two home clash against Colchester.
Sixth-placed Latics came through the 3-0 win at Grimsby last weekend - their fourth victory in six league matches - seemingly unscathed and boss Frankie Bunn is set to have the same group of players to choose from.
Giles Coke and Cameron Dummigan are continuing their recoveries from injury. On-loan Jordan Lyden remains sidelined, as does fellow midfielder Ousmane Fane (broken leg and dislocated ankle).
Colchester also appear likely to have a similar matchday squad as they did for their last outing, the 3-0 home win over Cambridge last Saturday. Midfielder Tom Lapslie is still out following knee surgery.
And Louis Dunne remains unavailable as well as his rehabilitation after a knee operation continues. John McGreal's men are two places above Oldham in the table, with one more point than them.
Oldham are winless in eight home league matches against Colchester (D5 L3) since a 1-0 win in March 2006 with Richard Butcher scoring the winner in the 90th minute.
Colchester haven't faced Oldham in the fourth tier since April 1971, a game that ended 4-0 to the Latics at Boundary Park.
Oldham are currently enjoying an eight-game unbeaten run on the road in the league despite winning just two of those games (D6) - they last went on a longer run without an away defeat in the EFL between August and November 2015 (run of nine).
Colchester haven't gone six away matches unbeaten in all competitions since October 2009 (also six without defeat).
Despite having just 33 shots on target so far this season, no side has a better shot conversion rate in League Two than Colchester United (19.3%).
