Striker Lee Tomlin could make his second league debut for Peterborough against Rochdale.
Tomlin played 45 minutes of Posh's Checkatrade Trophy win at Chelsea after rejoining on loan from Cardiff for the rest of the season.
Fellow loanee Kyle Dempsey, from Fleetwood, could feature for the first time. Winger Marcus Maddison is available following suspension.
Rory Holden could make his full debut for Rochdale. Holden came off the bench in last week's 4-0 loss to Burton after joining on loan from Bristol City for the rest of the season.
Rochdale boss Keith Hill could make further changes, with Dale having conceded 13 goals without reply in their last three games, since beating Blackpool on Boxing Day. Andy Cannon, Sam Hart and Brendan Moore have all left the club.
After winning just two of their first 22 Football League away visits against Peterborough, Rochdale have since won two of their last three at the Posh (L1), including a victory last season in League One.
Peterborough have scored three goals in six of their last 11 home league games against Rochdale, but fired a blank when they met last season.
Since winning their first two home league games of the season, Peterborough have only won two of their following 11 such games (D5 L4).
Rochdale have lost each of their last three league games by a margin of 4+ goals; they have never previously lost four in a row by such a margin in the Football League.
Rochdale's Ian Henderson has been directly involved in more goals (18 - 13 goals, five assists) than any other player in League One 2018-19.
