Plymouth v Blackpool preview

Joe Riley is set to shrug off a knock to continue for Plymouth in Saturday's League One clash with Blackpool.
Knee and leg knocks saw Riley replaced by Scott Wootton against Bristol Rovers as Argyle claimed a first clean sheet of the season. David Fox was not selected by boss Derek Adams against Rovers, but is available. The Pilgrims, chasing a first league win of the season, have a fully fit squad.
Blackpool have an unchanged squad as they seek to extend their unbeaten run. Terry McPhillips was confirmed as the Seasiders' permanent boss this week and will take charge of his ninth match and is yet to experience defeat, but he is not underestimating Plymouth.
Midfielder Jimmy Ryan and forward Max Clayton are still out. Defender Joe Bunney and midfielder Chris Taylor are getting closer to full fitness.
Plymouth have only won one of the last six league meetings with Blackpool (D1 L4), a 1-0 victory in August 2016.
Blackpool have won four straight league games at Home Park, scoring 2+ goals on each occasion. They have never won five successive league matches away from home against a single opponent.
Plymouth are winless in their last nine league games stretching back to last season (D3 L6) - their longest run without a win since October 2017 (12 winless games).
Blackpool have drawn each of their last three league away games by a 0-0 scoreline - the Seasiders have never drawn four away games on the road by this scoreline.
Blackpool are goalless in their last four league away trips - they last failed to score in five or more away from home in August 1975 (7 games without a goal).
