The Clarets have managed a return of seven points from their opening three matches whilst the Swans are aiming to bounce back from last weekend's loss at Norwich.
Swansea manager Brendan Rodgers has no new injury concerns ahead of the fixture, but will still be without several first-team players.
Striker Craig Beattie and midfielder Tom Butler are still around a week away from returning to contention with calf and thigh injuries respectively.
Butler's fellow midfielder Ferrie Bodde (knee), striker Gorka Pintado (shoulder) and defender Angel Rangel (thigh) are all long-term casualties.

But players such as Ross Wallace, Chris Iwelumo and goalkeeper Brian Jensen are expected to return at the Liberty Stadium as the Clarets seek to build on their impressive start to the season.
Defender Michael Duff remains sidelined with a slight calf tear and midfielder Chris McCann is a long-term absentee with a knee injury, but Laws is not expecting to bring in any new faces before the transfer window closes.
