Tottenham could be without Harry Kane as the striker attempts to shake off a cold before the trip to Swansea on Tuesday.
Kane missed training on Friday but has continued to be assessed, with boss Mauricio Pochettino hopeful he could be ready for the Liberty Stadium encounter, live on Sky Sports Premier League.
"He's cold, like me," said Pochettino. "He's at home, the doctor was at his house. Will he be fit to face Swansea? We'll see. I don't know if he'll be available or not. We'll see how he reacts."
New Swansea boss Carlos Carvalhal saw his side come from a goal down with four minutes remaining to snatch a dramatic 2-1 win at Watford.
The Swans were trailing to Andre Carrillo's 11th-minute header but Jordan Ayew grabbed the equaliser before substitute Luciano Narsingh sparked wild celebrations with a last-gasp winner.
And Ayew feels Swansea's new-found confidence under Carvalhal can help them avoid relegation this season.
"I think this win is a step forward," Ayew told the club's official website. "Now we have to keep going and push to get more results.
"Football is all about confidence. We know we can do better things with confidence. But, also, if you don't work hard then you get punished. But at Watford we worked very hard and got our rewards.
"The new manager has only been here for two days, but he has had a positive impact. His ideas are clear and direct. He wants us to run more in the game and be more aggressive with our play. We delivered that and deserved the win."
Tammy Abraham is a doubt for Swansea's home meeting with Tottenham on Tuesday.
The striker has been struggling with a stomach injury and went off early in the second half against Watford on Saturday.
Wilfried Bony could replace Abraham if he can shake off a hamstring problem. Ki Sung-yueng (calf) and Kyle Bartley (knee ligaments) are likely to miss out again.
Spurs midfielder Victor Wanyama could make his first appearance since August as he steps up his return after long-term knee trouble.
Against no side have Swansea lost more Premier League games than they have against Tottenham (P13 W0 D3 L10).
Swansea's last league win against Spurs came in October 1982 (2-0).
Both teams have scored in all six Premier League meetings between these sides at Liberty Stadium.
The reverse fixture at Wembley finished 0-0, despite Tottenham attempting 26 shots (8 on target) to Swansea's four (0 on target).
Christian Eriksen has had a hand in 10 goals in eight previous Premier League games against Swansea (six goals, four assists) and has scored in each of his last three appearances at Liberty Stadium (four goals).
Eriksen's four goals at Liberty Stadium is more than any Swansea player has managed to score in their 10 matches there in the Premier League this season (Tammy Abraham has the most with three).
This will be Carlos Carvalhal's first home Premier League match as Swansea boss - his last home match against Premier League opposition came in October 2015, when his Sheffield Wednesday side won 3-0 at Hillsborough against Arsenal in a League Cup tie.
Harry Kane has scored a hat-trick in each of his last two Premier League appearances - the first player to score consecutive hat-tricks on two separate occasions.
How on earth did Swansea win against Watford? Unbelievable result. It was massive for Swansea and probably won't help Tottenham. If Swansea had lost to Watford they might have felt they needed to have more of a go against Spurs, but now they will sit back with 10 behind the ball and try to get away with a draw. If they can get four points from these two games that's a great result.
Tottenham are playing well at the moment and scoring goals. They have looked very good over the Christmas period.
