Swindon v MK Dons preview

Team news for Saturday's League One clash between Swindon and Milton Keynes Dons at the County Ground.

Swindon goalkeeper David Lucas is in contention for a return to action. The Robins stopper has missed the last two games with a back injury but was included in full training earlier this week and is now pushing Phil Smith to start at the County Ground. Striker Calvin Andrew, match-winner at Brentford last weekend, and centre-back Andy Frampton have both recovered from minor knocks. Impressive loan midfielder Alassane N'Diaye managed almost half an hour from the bench at Griffin Park and will again be pressing interim manager Paul Hart for a starting berth. Forward Thomas Dossevi is also expected to shrug off a slight niggle in time to be in contention for a place in the matchday 18. But full-back Kevin Amankwaah will miss the rest of the season with a knee injury while on-loan Leeds forward Mike Grella returned to Elland Road prior to last Saturday's 1-0 triumph over the Bees - Town's first win in 19 games. MK Dons will be without defender Danny Woodards. The right-back came off after 39 minutes of the 3-2 win at home to Carlisle last weekend with a hamstring strain and he will miss out. Midfielder Stephen Gleeson played the remainder of the match at full-back and is an option for manager Karl Robinson while youngster Adam Chicksen may come in. Striker Sam Baldock and defender Gary MacKenzie (both ankle) missed the match last weekend but are back in training and in contention. On-loan QPR forward Angelo Balanta is fit after being sidelined since November with an ankle injury and is pushing for a starting place after scoring from the bench last time out. The Dons have won six of their last eight matches in npower League One.
