Tranmere have no fresh injury concerns as they bid to return to winning ways against fellow promotion hopefuls MK Dons.
Micky Mellon's side have taken just one point from their last two games after winning all seven of their previous matches.
Northern Ireland international Luke McCullough will not play again this season after the Doncaster loanee suffered a cruciate ligament injury. Experienced forward Ishmael Miller is also still out.
Paul Tisdale will once again be without Alex Gilbey for the trip. Midfielder Gilbey has been absent since he went off in the 15th minute of the Dons' win against Yeovil last month and Tisdale has confirmed he will miss out again.
George Williams, Baily Cargill and Jordan Moore-Taylor are expected to be unavailable once again. Like Tranmere, the third-placed Dons are also hoping to taste victory after losing to leaders Lincoln last time out.
Tranmere are unbeaten in their last three league games against MK Dons, winning two and drawing the other in this season's reverse clash (1-1).
MK Dons have won three of their last five trips to Tranmere in the Football League (L2), keeping clean sheets in each of those victories.
Tranmere have won five straight home league matches, last winning six in succession in the Football League back in January 2009 while in League One.
MK Dons have won four of their last five away league outings (L1); they had only won three of 14 such games before this run (D5 L6).
Tranmere's Prenton Park has seen fewer goals (40 - 30 for Tranmere, 10 against) than any other stadium in League Two this season, this despite the fact that Rovers striker James Norwood has scored more home goals (16) than any other player in the division.
This is an absolute must-win game for Tranmere if they are to have any chance of sneaking into the automatic-promotion spots. There are four points between themselves and MK Dons, who are third, heading into the weekend.
Every time you think MK are going to kick on and nail down their spot in the top three they suffer another poor result, although there is no real shame in losing to Lincoln this season, as they did last week. Score draw.
David Prutton predicts: 1-1 (11/2 with Sky Bet)
