Team news for Saturday afternoon's League One clash between Walsall and Carlisle at the Banks's Stadium.

Chris Hutchings hopes to receive a triple injury boost ahead of Walsall's home encounter against Carlisle. Striker Jon Macken (calf), winger Martin Devaney and centre-back Clayton McDonald (both hamstring) have been on the sidelines of late but all three stand a good chance of returning to face the Cumbrians this weekend. The 23-year-old joined the Cumbrians last month on an initial one-month deal and impressed, netting two goals in six appearances. Manager Greg Abbott could again field James Chester at left-back against the Saddlers, while Tom Taiwo is facing a suspension if he collects his fifth booking of the season at the Banks's Stadium. Leading goalscorer Gary Madine expects to return to full training in time for next Saturday's home clash with Rochdale. The 20-year-old, who has hit 11 goals this season, limped out of Saturday's 3-2 win over Southampton due to a foot injury sustained midway through the second half.
