Walsall boss Chris Hutchings has a fully-fit squad to select from for the club's opening game of the season at home to MK Dons.
It has been a summer of change for the Saddlers with no less than 13 players departing, including Clayton Ince, Rhys Weston, Dwayne Mattis and Mark Hughes, while Troy Deeney is set to join Watford.
But Hutchings has bolstered his ranks with a host of new faces in Ryan McGivern, Jonny Brain, Paul Marshall, Dave Bevan, Oliver Lancashire and Aaron Lescott.
All will be hoping to have impressed enough during pre-season to have staked a claim for a starting berth against a Dons side expected to be there or thereabouts in the promotion race come May.
MK Dons news
MK Dons manager Karl Robinson will be without Peter Leven and Mat Doumbe for his first game in full charge at Walsall.
Leven and Doumbe must serve suspensions, a legacy from the club's woeful disciplinary record last season which saw them collect over 120 bookings.
Defender Gary MacKenzie will have to wait for his debut as he suffers the effects of picking up a knock in training but four other players are vying for their first appearance.
Robinson, 29, could hand debuts to goalkeeper David Martin, veteran midfielder Dietmar Hamann and forwards Lewis Guy and Angelo Balanta.
Defender Sean O'Hanlon was withdrawn from a friendly last week as a precaution after feeling a twinge in his back but should be fit.
