Charley Hull chips in for a superb birdie at the 16th in her foursomes match with Mel Reid, who almost takes out her playing partner with a high-five on the run!

Charley Hull made a fine chip-in birdie at the 16th in the opening foursomes encounter of the 2017 Solheim Cup which resulted in a mistimed high-five from partner Mel Reid.

Hull and Reid were leading 1up at the 16th over the Team USA pairing of Cristie Kerr and Lexi Thompson but doubled their lead when Hull chipped-in from off the green.

Hull's compatriot Reid reacted in jubilant fashion by running towards an unexpected Hull and didn't react in time to Reid's high-five while Reid's caddie fell to the floor in his celebrations.

However, it was the Team USA pairing who finished the encounter strongly and enjoyed the last laugh as they won the final two holes to halve the match.
