After the women's team failed to qualify for the knock-out rounds, Mr. T said: "Ladies you tried very hard tonight but came up short. You're still winners in my book and I'm so proud of what you have accomplished. #curlingiscoolfool #TeamUSA."
He then tweeted: "Alright US Men's curling team it's all up to you now. I'll be watching and cheering you guys on. Play hard but play smart! Go USA! #curlingiscoolfool #TeamUSA."
Mr.T shot to fame in the 1980's as boxer Clubber Lang in the Rocky III movie, before cementing his character as B. A. Baracus in the '80s television series the A-Team.
