He's got some way to go to match James Harden's current streak of 29, but Kemba Walker lit up the arena in Atlanta by scoring 30-plus points for the fourth straight game in Charlotte's victory over the Hawks on Saturday.
Walker was 13-for-27 from the field and 9-for-17 on 3-pointers, three of them coming in the third period when the Hornets denied a spirited Atlanta comeback.
It was the 40th time that Walker has topped 20 points and the 17th time he's scored at least 30 this season.
He added seven assists to his tally and his work on Saturday lifted him to 12th in the league with 25.1 points per game.
