Ben Simmons scored a playoff-career-high 31 points and handed out nine assists after Joel Embiid was scratched before the game due to left knee soreness

Ben Simmons stepped up in the absence of Joel Embiid to score 31 points to lead the Philadelphia 76ers to a 131-115 Game 3 over the Brooklyn Nets.

Simmons' points haul was the best of his postseason career and he underscored it with nine assists, four rebounds, three blocks and a pair of steals as the Sixers rolled to a 2-1 series lead.
